This unit is mostly empty and holds mainly non-perishables like pop. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to adjust unit so food storage of items like diary, whip cream, mayo and cheese are at 4C or below. I would recommend door seals to prevent cold air from escaping the unit to ensure unit stays cold. If unit cannot maintain temperatures below 4C in two hours or less, move all potentially hazardous foods to working cooler at 4C or below. Violation Score: 5

Kitchen not in use at the time of inspection. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Food and utensils protected from contamination in food grade containers and covers. Hot and cold water available. Hand sinks available with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water. Equipment in good working order. Bleach sanitizer available for use. Dishwasher final rinse at 72.3C at the plate. This unit takes about 20 minutes to heat up. Freezer at -18C DQ birthday cake. Dry storage is adequate. Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Permit posted in visible location.
