Routine inspection: Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Both 3 compartment sinks dispensing quats at 200ppm. 200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles. Deli slicers cleaned and sanitized with 200ppm quats. Walk in cooler with deli meats/cheeses/cold ready to eat foods at or below 4 degrees C. Walk in cooler for rotisserie chicken at 2 degrees C. 3 door freezer at -16 degrees C. Display coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Hot holding case and soup at or above 60 degrees C.
