Follow up inspection conducted Pizza/pasta prep cooler has been repaired. The doors for the lower compartment are now properly sealed. No food products were stored in the unit at the time of inspection. Ambient air temperature within the cooler unit was less than 4C. Ensure the temperature for food stored in the top inserts and the lower compartment are taken separately each day.
