Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 258713 of Aug-09-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Sanitizer spray bottle is nearly empty and was not able to detect bleach or QUATs sanitizer when tested. Operator informed that overnight staff usually makes sanitizer to the approved concentration. Corrective action: Fill spray bottles with sanitizer at the approved concentration (bleach at 100ppm and/or QUATs sanitizer at 200ppm). Ensure to follow the sanitation plan for proper concentrations.
