Comments

A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; thermometers present; and automatic temp recording done.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temp of 75.6C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets and spray bottles had strength of 200ppm. Test strips present.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory.
- No signs of pests. A few drain/fruit flies observed. Clean up spilled food and do not have any sitting/pooling water/liquid (especially over night) as this will allow pests to breed in.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All in order.

NOTE
- Monitor the drain pipe, under the 3-comp wash sink, for leakage. There were signs (could be old) of leakage on the pipe. If it is leaking, have a certified plumber repair or replace the pipe so it no longer leaks.
