Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Hot held chicken, pork, beans observed at around 40C to 50C. Adjacent hot held units are measured at 60C or above.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure food items are reheated to 74C or above before placing it into hot holding unit. Manager on duty stated the items were prepared less than an hour ago. Noted items were requested to be reheated at the time of inspection. Consider using deeper inserts for proteins for better heat circulation.

QUAT sanitizer in bucket & from source measured at 200ppm.
Manual 3 compartment dishwashing procedure observed to be in practice. Drain plugs available.
Monthly pest monitoring by Apna pest control - recent report from June 19th 2022 indicates no notable pest activity. No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.

*Clean up food debris underneath the coolers at the front. Clean up the dishware dropped on the floor next to shelving unit - ensure these are washed following 3 compartment dishwashing procedure.
