Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen chicken patties/popcorn chicken stored in freezer with an ambient temperature of 0C-4C. Product measured to be at around -12C.
Corrective Action(s): All frozen food items were relocated to another properly working freezer at time of inspection.

Comments

- Hand washing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in sanitizer buckets and from dispenser at three-compartment sink. Wiping cloths were stored in sanitizer solution in between uses - good.
- Three-compartment sink for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary conditions. Sink drain plugs available and in use.
- All other coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder
- All other freezers were measured to be at -18C or colder
- All hot-held food items were measured at 60C or hotter
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Food-dispensing equipment maintained in sanitary conditions (soft serve ice cream and beverage machines and dispensers, and ice machine).
- Scoop for ice machine properly stored. Tongs for burger patties were stored such that handles were not in contact with patties - good.
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
