Walk-in freezer was at or below -18 deg C. Walk-in dairy cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Garbage compactor/disposal area was in sanitary condition. Janitorial room was organized. Overall organization in back area was satisfactory. Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Public washrooms were clean and provided with sanitary facilities. Cabinet coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Canibet freezers were at or below -18 deg C. No baby food products were found to be expired. General sanitation was satisfactory. Some cleaning required in the bulk food area.
