Comments

- Deep cleaning in the kitchen has been completed. Kitchen floors and equipment were observed to be in sanitary conditions at time of inspection. Reminder that grease spills under and around frying areas must be cleaned at the end of each day.
- Also ensure any pooling water is dried by the end of each day
- Storage areas have been cleaned and re-organized.
- No new mouse droppings were noted at time of inspection.
- Pest control operator was onsite again today and noted no new activity. Invoice was available onsite for review.

Reminders:
*Continue monitoring for any new mouse droppings on a daily basis, removing droppings and disinfecting with 1000 ppm bleach solution as necessary.
*Any food, water, or grease spills must be cleaned at the end of each day.
*Deep cleaning of all kitchen equipment and in hard-to-reach areas must be done once a week at a minimum.
