It was determined that the "chemical sanitizer" that was in use yesterday was actually dishwashing detergent - Cease the use of this product as a chemical sanitizer as it is NOT a sanitizer. ALWAYS READ LABELS. Today facility using Chlorine for sanitizer solution and at concentrations greater than 100ppm. Facility only has QUAT based testing strips available for use Use either: 1) Chlorine sanitizer solution 2) QUAT based sanitizer solution Obtain Chlorine based sanitizer testing strips if Chlorine sanitizer is to be used - Obtain test strips for chlorine solution IMMEDIATELY Determine if going forward chlorine solution or QUAT (Quaternary Ammonia based) sanitizer is the preferred sanitizer for the facility and ensure test strips are for the chemical sanitizer that is on site. Sink is fully draining from all three sinks. Plumber repaired issue. .
