Routine inspection conducted:

Kitchen;
- Domestic cooler at 3 degrees C. Thermometer available.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 77 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C)
- Bleach water sanitizer available at approx. 200 ppm chlorine in labeled spray bottle
- Sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.

Cafeteria:
- Hand washing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Dry storage is well organized
- Freezers functional
- Permit posted
- Temperature records maintained (cold units and dishwasher)
*Note: Domestic cooler at 8 degrees C at time of inspection (milk and pop storage). Cooler was adjusted to a colder setting and milk was transferred to a cooler at 4 degrees C or less. Please monitor and repair if necessary to ensure cooler is able to maintain 4 degrees C or less. Do not store potentially hazardous foods, such as milk, in this cooler until such time to limit the growth of potential pathogens and/or toxins. Latest temperature records indicate cooler was at 5 degrees C.
