Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): microwave needed cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): wash surface of microwave (handle, outside part, inside part) with a mild soap and warm water. Then rinse with a clean wet clothe. Finally, spray same surfaces with a 50ppm chlorine sanitizer, leave for 2 min then wipe off with a dry paper towel.
