Follow up conducted to routine and follow up inspection (report #TGIL-CMSUXV, #TGIL-CMTQNG). Findings: - High temp mechanical dishwasher was run during inspection and reached 76.8C on dish surface during rinse cycle. - Volunteer stated that the technician has serviced the dishwasher and changed the temperature settings. Recommended to check the temperature on display gauge regularly to confirm it is above 82C for rinse cycle. Thank you for your cooperation.
