Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium sanitizer from the dispenser measured with a concentration over 400 ppm. 200 ppm is required to properly sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Dilute the quaternary ammonium sanitizer with 2/3 of water after filled from the dispenser. Use your test strip to verify the concentration.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Serving area hand washing station had dirty dairy cups left inside the basin. Hand washing station near the documentation area had no paper towel dispenser empty.
Corrective Action(s): Refill the paper towel dispenser and do not store any dirty utensils in the basin of hand washing station.

Observation: 1. Sanitizer dispenser dispensed over 400 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer which was higher than the required concentration.
2. Dishwasher not in good working order as stated by the manager. Manager contacted service technician already.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned equipment. Once fixed, contact the Environmental Health Officer for inspection. Correct by: Apr 20, 2022.

- Storage practices satisfactory.
- Ice machine and vegetable cutter maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Temperature records sporadically maintained. Ensure temperatures are maintained according to DQ's Food Safety Plan.
