Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers, hot and cold running water.
Dishwashing in 3 compartment sink and in adjacent 2 compartment sink.
Sanitizer in 3rd sink is 200ppm Quat.
Spray bottle sanitizer 200ppm Quat.
Dry storage items: in covered containers and protected.
Dry storage items are also piled along the hallway and stacked in the service area.
Please ensure you keep bags of onions, rice and other food items off the floor.
Fridges <4C.
Freezers <-18C.
Cloths inside hand wash sink: please ensure these are either dry and clean or stored inside sanitizer.
Floors are not very greasy.
Prep tables are in good repair.
Majority of items are covered and protected from contamination in coolers and fridges.
Majority of items are separated and have organized storage: vegetables are stored on top of meat items (raw). There is one bin of raw marinated meat that should be stored with the other covered meats and not on top of the vegetables.
Counters and shelves beside dishwashing sinks: could use some organization and inventory, there are many bags and food items, unlabelled, stuffed into one bin.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
