Observation: Several take-out containers, canned food, bags of onions, pots and pans still observed outside of the hallway. A room outside adjacent to the facility along the outside hallway observed to be used to store dry goods and 2 chest freezers. The room was previously a washroom facility. Pictures taken. Operator submitted updated floorplan that part of the dine-in area will be used as dry storage. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all food, kitchen equipment, utensils related for the normal operation to the business inside the premises designated for dry storage. No food or kitchen equipment is to be stored outside of the hallway or in an adjacent room without health approval. Corrected by: August 2, 2022.

Follow-up inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CFTV4B.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CFTV4B have been corrected:
-No potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored at room temperature.
-Chlorine spray bottle at the front and sanitizer bucket measured at 100ppm chlorine.
-Underneath the cookline, floors in the walk-in cooler and stand-up cooler observed to be satisfactory.
-Exposed wood on the wall where the magnetic strips for knivies is located has been painted with waterproof paint.
-Most chest freezers and shelving units observed to be removed from the outside hallway.
-Stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Correction Order rescinded from report#JCHY-CCLVCR as the mobile has been approved.
