A commercial preparation cooler has been purchased for the cut vegetable/mushroom storage next to the meat slicer. The 3-door undercounter fridge is now relocated to the back kitchen next to the preparation cooler there (shelf removed) -okay
-Scoopers/ladels in use for bulk foods
-no dirty dishware observed at opening (1130am inspection)
-floors under fryers have been cleaned -appears disinfected
-extra cleaning chemical vats at dishpit relocated to back storage rooms
