Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - C6WS3D: Designated hand sink clear of obstructions and is available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. 2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Dishwasher serviced. 50ppm chlorine detected during the final rinse cycle. Leak also serviced. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Operator to send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. All scoops and other dispensing utensils stored outside of dry products. All food in the walk in cooler covered adequately. No food observed stored on the floor. Pest control services in place. Bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. Reminder to store wiping cloths in this solution when not in use.
