Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasses at barwasher had 0 ppm chlorine residual. The chlorine bottles appeared not to have been hooked up to the hoses. Placed hoses inside chlorine bottles and "primed" the unit to no effect. Until glasswasher is repaired, all bar utensils must be washed in the kitchen dishwasher.

Observation:
Observation #1: The bar glasswasher does not provide a sanitizer residual. Does the venturi/priming station work?? The water is also ice cold - it should be 55C. There is no temperature dial on the machine for staff to read the temperature.

Comments

General Comments
All handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Quats sanitizer at 200 ppm, test strips available. Please store wiping cloths in sanitizer solution when they are not being used to wipe surfaces. Sanitizer will destroy any pathogens/germs present.
Low-chemical dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine residual at the plate level upon final rinse cycle. Test strip available
Ice machine free of mould and rust; scoop stored separately
All foods stored in food-grade containers, covered, labelled and 6" off the ground
No signs of pests observed
All coolers operating at </=4C; freezers at </-18C; hot-holding at >/= 60C
General sanitation is good
No broken utensils observed
As per last inspection, facility has until June 1, 2019 to repair any dents and holes in drywall in food processing areas. All surfaces must be durable, smooth and easily cleanable
