| On September 10th, 2019, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding programming, policies and procedures, and care and supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Staff used inappropriate guidance strategies - Staff did not follow policies and procedures. - Staff did not have a regular lunch program for children. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from records, policies and procedures, inspections, and interviews. The following contraventions were determined: - Child Care Licensing Regulation, Section 52(1)(a)(c), Harmful actions not permitted - CCLR, Section 56(1)(f), Community care facility records and policies |
