Overall sanitation satisfactory Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold running water available at all sinks Three compartments sinks and two compartment sinks located at each work station available for ware washing High temperature dishwasher in the back storage line in good working order; detected minimum of 71 C at plate level after final rinse cycle Discussed past inspections from Orkin as they used to have some issues with pest. No concerns found at the time of inspection *Noted a hole in the wall in the backside of bakery area. Staff already aware of the issue and is working on it get it fixed. Temporary measures taken place to block the hole to prevent potential pest harbourage. All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower; all hot holding units at 60 C or higher
