Observation: Food stored on the ground:
1. 2 card board boxes of raw meat in walk in cooler
2. 2 open bags of flour (2 different types) stored in the North East corner of storage area.
3. Pies stacked directly on top of each other in walk in freezer (base of pie plate on top of pie dough top of next pie)
Corrective Action(s): 1./2.Ensure all food is protected - stored off the ground and in pest proof containers if dry products are opened out of original packaging. Raise all food products off the ground.
Correction date: 1 day
3. Have protective layer placed in between pies to prevent direct contact between the base of one pie to the top of another pie. The exterior base of a pie is not clean. Operator indicated they would look into possible solutions last inspection, no progress noted during inspection.

Observation: Food splatter noted on concrete wall under stainless steel upper back splash of cooking station under commercial hood fan.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food splatter and debris is cleaned up daily. Install protective back splash on wall (continuation of stainless steel sheet along wall acceptable) or another material allowing easy cleaning of this wall.

-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - door sweeps installed under exterior unit doors and holes appear to be filled with foam and metal mesh.
-General sanitation satisfactory
