Deli cooler was dethawed overnight, but this did not fix the problem Date to be corrected by: Oct 17 2018 Observation #2: Deli cooler thermometer is not calibrated and/or is broken, as it is not recording the correct air temperature of the cooler. Corrective Action(s): Correction #1: The deli cooler is broken. Call maintenance service to fix the deli cooler such that it operates <4C. Produce a receipt upon re-inspection. Call when fixed Correction #2:Purchase a new thermometer for the cooler. Begin recording temperature of deli cooler 2x/daily minimum to ensure it is less than/equal to 4C Note: correction order issued to repair cooler
