Observation: Few house flies observed on site during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Place sticky traps in non-food preparation areas to remove any flies on site. Ensure doors remain closed at all times to prevent potential pest entry. Monitor fly population, and if population increases, contact pest control company. Flies are pests which can carry bacteria and can contaminate food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door obeserved open during time of inspection. Operator closed the door during inspection.

- Beverage cooler at -18'C
- Sandwich preparation coolers at or below 4'C (top and bottom)
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Single-use containers observed stored in a sanitary manner
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff is available on site
- Health permit posted in conspicuous location
