Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops for ice cream are not being properly sanitized (wash and rinse only)
Corrective Action(s): Follow the manual dishwashing practice (wash, rinse and sanitize) to ensure all your dishwares are adequately clean. Soak the scoops in 100 chlorine for 2 minutes to ensure they are properly sanitized. Instructed the operator to make 100 ppm chlorine solution to sanitize the scoops.

Ice cream freezers temperature at -18C or below.
Small upright cooler at 4C or below, the freezer attached to the cooler temperature measure -21C.
Hand sink is equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
2 compartment sink is available for dishwashing. Follow the manual dishwashing procedures mentioned above.
Chlorine solution measured 100 ppm
General sanitation is satisfactory, no evidence of pest noted during inspection
Operator had valid Foodsafe certificate
COVID-19 Safety precautions are developed, however, according to Provincial Officer's order, every food premises must have their COVID 19 Safety Plan in place.
