- ensure all deliveries are promptly put away
- reminder that permit allows only for single-use utensils

Temperatures:
- upright cooler in kitchen: 4C
- chest freezer in kitchen: -17C
- under the counter cooler: 4C
- pop cooler: 15C (no potentially hazardous foods - canned drinks and whole avocado; reminder that once avocado has been sliced, it must be stored at 4C or below) - have repair tech look at this cooler as well
- chest freezer in hallway: -19C
