208 - Foods obtained from unapproved sources [s. 11] Observation: Herbal butter was once again being offered for sale. A few bottles noted in the back as well. Operator had agreed not to sell this at the last inspection since he couldn't provide receipts for it. Corrective Action(s): Remove the herbal butter from the store until you can provide a receipt indicating that it's from an approved source. Even then, it must have proper labels on it. If this issue persists, a Correction Order and/or Violation ticket will have to be issued. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: There's only dishwashing soap at the back handsink and no paper towel dispenser. Corrective Action(s): Provide liquid "pump" soap at this sink and a dispenser for paper towels. Do not use bar soap for handwashing. Violation Score: 1

General Comments: Ice-cream freezer temperature is -19 degC Drink cooler temperature is 4 degC Operator is repackaging bulk items. Ensure that the handsink is fully equipped at all times and that proper labels are place on all the items. MOST ITEMS HAVE LABELS, BUT SOME STILL DON'T E.G. GESO POWDER AND THE PRODUCTS ABOVE IT ON THE SHELF. PLACE PROPER LABELS ON THESE. Follow-up next Wednesday. *report reviewed, not signed due to covid*
