Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The water valve was shut off in the main production area (not in operation at the moment)
However, the 2 bowls were being washed in the front lab room sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all dishwashing/warewashing activities are performed at the 3 compartment washing sink in the main production area. Do not turn off the water in the main production area during operation hours. The water and the heater was turned on during the inspection.

The tanks get cleaned as per the sanitation plan
Staff washrooms maintained with liquid soap and paper towel

- Lab:
Standup cooler @ 3oC, freezer @ -18oC
All products were stored off the floor

-Warehouse:
Maintained in sanitary condition. Close the loading bay after receiving or shipping

General sanitation: satisfactory
Pest control service in place: once a month

NOTE:
The next unit will be in operation for dry mineral repackaging and storage.
Do not install any sinks or equipment until an approval to operate is receive by the City and the Health Department.

Submit a floor plan (drawn to scale) to the Health Department for the dry mineral production room
A handsink and a 3 compartment washing sink to be installed
Submit a Food Safety Plan and a Sanitation Plan for the added item (dry mineral mix)
