Corrective Action(s): Please have pest control come in. To be corrected by March 6. Email service report to EHO. Site follow up inspection in a month to double check rodent activity is gone. - Handwashing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towels - All coolers =<4C - All freezers =< -18C - High temperature dishwasher final rinse at plate level measured 74C - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm - New three compartment sink and dishwasher (dishpit area) installed - Temperature log is maintained - Student food service area (grab and go food service) by front entrance of school - no concerns noted - Not currently offering hot foods - Staff has valid FOODSAFE - Food storage is well maintained - Permit is posted Note: - Gaps of piping and shelving under the sinks need to be filled in so to prevent rodents from entering from crawl space. - Please clean and sanitize the equipment and shelving on the bottom shelf in the equipment room before use.
