- Chest freezers are now functioning. Left chest freezer was at -14C. Right chest freezer was at -18C. Operator reported there was an issue with the breaker which caused the freezer to stop functioning. Ensure freezers are checked daily to ensure product is being maintained in a frozen state. Temperature logs now being used.
- Foodhandlers are no longer reusing plastic bags to cover work surfaces. Operator reported surface is sanitized and now covered with saran wrap (disposed immediately after use).
