Follow up inspection. Infractions corrected:

1. Cleaning and organizing in walk in cooler completed.
2. Glass washer final rinse at 12.5 ppm Iodine detected in solution. Test strips and logs available on site.
Operator will test glass washer and dishwasher daily and log required sanitizing step.
3. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene during food service.

Pending item: VIP area undergoing renovation. Food and service is protected from contamination.
Provide update to Environmental Health Officer when renovations are complete.
