General sanitation of the kitchen area is satisfactory.
Hot and cold running water available.
Liquid soap and paper towel available for handwashing. *Load paper towel in dispenser at handwashing station
Second upright cooler was at 4C
50ppm Chlorine was detected in the final rinse of the dishwasher to sanitize dishes. *Obtain test strips so sanitizer level can be checked regularly.
No signs of pest activity noted. Pest control contract in place.
