Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #LPEN-AWUNPB have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

Summary of Inspection At the inspection dated February 28, 2019 there were 7 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
