Comments

- Handsink at the front and in washrooms have hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk in, pizza prep and drinks coolers are maintained at temperatures less than 4C
- Three compartment sink for dishwashing is available and sanitizer solution is available through a dispenser, concentration of quats measured at 200pm
Spray bottles and bucket for wiping cloth has sanitizer solution at 200ppm quats
- Dry storage is well organized and everything is stored off the floor
- NO signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certification is verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- HOt holding unit is maintained at greater than 60C

NOTE: Monitor the temperature of all cooling devices and maintain adequate records on regular basis
