Comments

A follow-up inspection was completed, the following observations were made:
- All the extra or unused items being stored in the back room and beside the walk-in-freezer has been removed.
- The upper walls have been cleaned to remove the dust.
- General sanitation level is good.
- The exhaust canopy was professionally cleaned in March 2022 and next cleaning in September 2022. The exhaust filters are clean.
- The excessive/unused items stored in the back room and beside the walk-in-freezer have been thrown away. These areas are clean and absent of harborage conditions.
- All holes around pipes and openings in walls have been sealed/blocked with expanding foam
- A professional pest company has been contracted to eliminate the pest problem. Snap traps and glue boards have been placed throughout the premises. All recommendations made by the pest technician have been completed.
- Discussed inspection report with the supervisor, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.

ACTIONS TO BE DONE:
1) Continue having the pest company treat the premises until the pest problem is eliminated. Ensure they provide a report to you, after each visit.
2) Inspect for mice droppings every morning and night. Clean up the droppings and place traps where the droppings are, as this indicates mice activity in these areas.
3) Clean the accumulated dust on the light fixtures in the kitchen, this hasn't been done yet.
4) There is a gap in the wall, where the wall and floor meet. This is on the wall, opposite from the 2-comp prep sink in the back.
