Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen squid left at room temperature on the handwashing station counter.
Corrective Action(s): Frozen potentially hazardous food must be stored in functional freezer or cooler. For thawing frozen food, properly thawing methods must be used such as under cold running water, inside a cooler or usnig microwave. Frozen food must never be thawed under room temperature.

Follow-up inspection:
- 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in pails.
- High temperature registered 73C at the plate level. Water leak had been fixed.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Ladder not stored in the kitchen.
- General sanitation had improved. However, cleaning still required near the hand washing station.
