Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # SMIA-CAST7W was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP).

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated March 3, 2022 there was one child and the Manager present. Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility. Licensing found all the contraventions identified in the Routine Inspection # SMIA-CAST7W were addressed. The inspection report was written off-site – details were reviewed with the Manager prior to writing the report. A copy of the inspection report sent to Manager via email on March 3, 2022.
