Paper towel dispenser must be installed when it arrives so staff can properly wash their hands.

Quat sanitizer bottles are labelled at bar and in kitchen area
All liquor bottles capped at time of inspection.
No sign of fruit flies.

No sign of staff smoking in chefs coats at time of inspection.
