Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4C or below. Hot hold units were noted over 60C. As per staff, in-use utensils were changed over every hour or so - excellent. QUAT sanitizer spray bottles were available. 2 bottles detected with 400 PPM QUAT. General cleanliness and organization acceptable. Excellent work on removing the organic buildup noted in the walk-in cooler. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
