Correction: Clean these cutting boards and sanitize with a bleach sanitizer. If they are too worn, replace them with new ones.

Follow-up to inspection conducted on May 31, 2021 (Report MLOO-C3JRBY) - Cleaning has been done in noted areas - Shelving units will be replaced soon - Continue to maintain cutting boards in sanitary condition. Ensure they are soaked in bleach solution regularly.
