-Follow-up inspection to student inspection on September 09, 2020. -Prep cooler was service and refrigeration gas was added to the unit. Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom). Monitor cooler and service as needed. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and sink were at 100ppm to 200ppm. Sanitizer spray bottle was labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure bottle is relabelled as needed. -Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. -Food items were properly stored off the ground and covered. Foods were stored in food grade containers. -Back handwash station leaky drain pipe has been repaired. -Operator still needs to replace light shield for fixture over the 3-compartment sink. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
