Observation: Paint on the kitchen wall (below pass through) is chipping and floor tiles under tandoori oven are damaged.

Walk in cooler and drink cooler were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Stand up freezer was -16 degrees Celsius.
Steam table and heat lamp were over 60 degrees Celsius.
Cold holding display unit was 4 degrees Celsius.
Food storage practices were satisfactory.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
Both hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Operator's hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
Observed food handler cooling cooked rice in a shallow stainless steel pan.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle for front of house had a chlorine concentration of 200ppm.
Bleach sanitizer for in-use wiping cloths at the back of house had a chlorine concentration of 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.
