Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A jug of milk was stored on the front counter measured with an internal temperature of 14C. Staff stated it was left on the counter for almost an hour.
Corrective Action(s): Milk is a potentially hazardous food that must be stored at 4C or less at all times. Staff moved the jug of milk into the counter cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Whole oranges were being washed at the 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. Preparation sink was not being used at the time.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use 3 compartment sink for any food preparation. Preparation sink should be used for washing / cleaning any fruits and vegetables.
