-->floor/corner underneath microwave
-->bottom shelves at the front area
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and contact pest control. Continue to monitor and clean.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: 1. Frying pan noted at the front for cooking eggs. A small oil bottle noted right beside the electric stove.
2. Meat slicer is used at the back where no handsink is close by.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Cooking foods that generate grease laden vapors require a ventilation exhaust system. Remove pan from facility.
2. Move meat slicer to the front and store it at the front from now on. It is physically impossible for operator to move the meat slicer to the front when needed since the slicer is too heavy for the operator.

Both observation noted in last routine inspection. Correction order issued. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action.
