* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration; provide test strips
* Note: some food containers being used to store food not suitable (eg. milk crates) and operator to update these containers to suitable food grade ones
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Follow up inspection next week
