Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # NTSD-D8RQEN of Sep-03-2024 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Red trays stored on the top of front hand sink. Corrected at the time of inspection. Plastic container with noodles stored in a kitchen sink, which supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels near 2-compartment sink. It is only sink that used for hand washing. Correction: Keep all sinks available for hand washing. Code 402 noted on Routine inspection # NTSD-D8RQEN of Sep-03-2024 Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation: Liquid hand soap is unavailable at the front hand washing sink. Immediately provide a liquid soap for a proper hand washing. Note: A roll of paper towels stored on a counter nearby/ a paper towel wall-mounted dispenser was empty. Correction: Properly supply all dispensers (for soap & paper towels).
