Routine inspection conducted at food facility and the following observations were made during the inspection:

Temperature:
- All temperatures meet health requirements.
- Walk-in cooler at 4C
**Temperature gauge of walk-in cooler does not display accurate temperature recording and requires service.
- Ice cream chest freezer (x2) at -25C.
**Ice build up was observed in one of the freezer. Consider defrosting/service.
- Stand-up freezer (ice bags) at -20C.
- Cooler for drinks (x3) at 4C.
- Freezer (under milkshake machine) at -17C.
- Reach-in sandwich cooler at 3C.
- Creamer at 4C.
- Back storage area freezer at -16C.
- Hot holding of hot dog at 76C.
- Hot holding of corn dog at 68C.
- Pickles/banana peppers cold holding at 4C.

Hygiene and Sanitizing:
- Hand wash station was adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels in front service area.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available and the concentration of QUATS noted at 200ppm.
- 3 compartment sink available in back area. QUATS sanitizer (200ppm) used as a sanitizer for dishwashing.
- Utensils and tongs were found in sanitary condition.
- Slushie customer self-serve area was found clean.
- Coffee machines were maintained in sanitary condition.
- Washrooms maintained in good sanitary condition with supply of hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towels.
- Sanitizer logs were maintained and found up-to-date.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals, including QUATS and cleaners, were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Pest Management:
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.

COVID-19 Safety Plan:
- COVID-19 protocols were in place.
- Staff health checks were conducted and records were maintained.
- A COVID-19 checklist was completed during inspection and emailed to the operator. Please review this checklist for more details.
