Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Sanitizer was present inside the soap dispenser at the handsink (back kitchen). This soap dispenser is labelled as 'Hand Sanitizer'
Corrective Action(s):
- Using sanitizer does not replace handwashing. Ensure there is hand soap available by the handsink at all times. Staff replaced the content to liquid soap at the time of inspection.

- 2 freezers at -13C to -18C. (Extra freezer was placed in the prep area instead of a cooler).
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate level during the final rinse.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Cheese foam chamber at 4C or below.
- Chlorine sanitizer available at 100ppm.
- lce machine in sanitary condition.
- Room temperature held bubble tea toppings had appropriate time tracking labels. GOOD.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
