Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizing solution available.
Corrective Action(s): Staff made solution at the time of inspection. Use a mixture of 5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water for a 100ppm solutiion. Ensure that this solution is made daily and used frequently. Store any wiping cloths in a bleach solution when not in use.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the cabinet near the front display case, along the baseboards of the hallway used for storage of food packaging, and in the mop closet.
Corrective Action(s):

- De-clutter back area to facilitate cleaning
- Continue to follow recommendations from pest control company
