Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cut melons not stored at 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Corrective Action(s): Cut melons in the display cooler were 14 degrees Celsius. Operator said display cooler is not working properly. Instructed operator to keep cut melons at 4 degrees Celsius or less. Operator sent staff to purchase ice to keep the melons cold. Operator said melons are cut fresh every morning.

General observations:
Walk in cooler was 12 degrees Celsius - only fresh, whole produce stored in cooler.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Food storage practices were good.
No signs of pests.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
